What is your admin time worth?
Estimate the value of time a new workflow might free up. This is a planning tool, not a promise of savings. Freed time only becomes cash savings when actual costs fall.
How the estimate works
Monthly hours freed = weekly hours × 52 ÷ 12 × expected time saved. Estimated capacity value = monthly hours freed × hourly value. The result subtracts your monthly software and support cost, but excludes setup fees and any extra review time.
Start by timing the task for a week. After a pilot, measure it again, including checking and correcting output. Replace the assumptions with what you observe.
